Jacob lrom joined Cushman & Wakefield I Commercial Oklahoma in 2026 as an Associate in the firm’s Tulsa office. Working alongside office leaders Scott Schlotfelt and Jared Andresen, Jacob focuses on developing new client relationships while providing dedicated service to the firm’s existing clients.
In 2025, Jacob earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation, which recognizes advanced negotiation skills and expertise in the commercial real estate industry.
Jacob brings a strong background in project management and construction to his brokerage work. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how properties are built, improved, and operated, allowing him to offer creative solutions and thoughtful problem-solvingtailored to each client’s needs.
