Evan Altemus

Evan Altemus serves as the Director of Retail for Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Oklahoma. He has specialized in retail investment sales over 9 years, closing approximately 80 transactions, both multi-tenant and single tenant. Evan provides owners with a unique perspective by showing how quality landlord leasing and sales representation can provide significant value on the front end through strategies that help owners achieve higher returns. Evan has also closed dozens of transactions successfully with other brokers and believes in having a good relationship with the Oklahoma brokerage community.

Evan is originally from Western Pennsylvania and served in the United States Navy for 6 years as an active duty Naval Officer, reaching the rank of Lieutenant, where he successfully led approximately 300 United States Navy Sailors through three tours and operations in the Persian Gulf, Iraqi coast and border, Gulf of Aden, and Somalia.
