Amir Shams advises owners, investors, and occupiers on industrial real estate across Oklahoma, guided by one principle: underwrite every deal as if it were his own. As Director of Industrial Services at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Oklahoma, he focuses exclusively on industrial leasing, investment sales, and buyer and tenant representation, spanning warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, flex, industrial outdoor storage, and rail-served properties.

Amir bought his first investment property before graduating with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma, and he remains an active investor today. That owner’s perspective shapes how he prices assets, negotiates terms, and sources off-market opportunities. Over more than a decade, including as a founding partner of NAI Red, he has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private investors and local business owners, earning CoStar Power Broker honors four times.

Raised in an immigrant family, Amir is bilingual and enjoys international travel. He and his wife share a passion for real estate and their two dogs.
